Beyond the earth and its petty wars there exists a dimension of pure, malicious magic. The Realm of Chaos. It is a place that cannot be imagined by mortal eyes. The narrator whispers of power. There are four Ruinous Powers rule over this region, and are always looking to escape their power and drown the entire world in the sands of corruption and daemonic power. Nurgle, the plague god; Slaanesh, the lord of excess Tzeentch and the changer of ways; and Khorne the god of blood and slaughter.

In the midst of two worlds, two mighty kingdoms watch over the other: the fierce warriors of Kislev and the huge empire that is Grand Cathay. But each is beset by its own trials, and both are now forced to cross the threshold and lead their troops into the Realm of Chaos.

All of humanity is at the brink of dying. Just one push could make it a cataclysm.
