Lloyd Bannings is back in the city he grew up in, after relocating with his brother’s lead and joining the Crossbell Police Department. He’s assigned to an area called the Special Support Section division, which is responsible for odd tasks and aids those in need. They soon discover the dark side of the city they live in, as well and some dark secret.

Crossbell is the most exciting new chapter in The Legend of Heroes! A site for an ongoing dispute over the territory in the region between the Erebonian Empire as well as the Republic of Calvard, Crossbell has developed into a flourishing city-state that is one of the continent’s leading economically-driven centers.
After three years away from his hometown, Lloyd Bannings returns in order to follow his late brother’s footsteps , and become a member of with the Crossbell Police Department. But, upon arriving at the station, he is placed in the Special Support Section, a new division that handles little-known requests and other odd tasks. The new team members he meets including Elie MacDowell who is the grandchild of the city’s mayor; Randy Orlando, a womanizing former soldier; and Tio Plato, a budding technological genius.
While their CPD is often mocked by the media and belittled on by the rest of CPD, Lloyd and his colleagues continue to work to make their town one that is better. While doing so, however they are slowly confronted with the corruption that is sweeping their city. Little do they know just how deep the shadows around Crossbell City go…
